Mike and Lei's Koi Ponds

Mike and Lei have two ponds outside their dining room.  Both ponds were built using flexible PVC liner.  The older pond is 11 years old, measures 8 x 15 feet, about 2,000 gallons and has a biological filter.  It is the home of comets and water lilies.  The newer pond is 10 x 26 feet and 5 feet deep with an under gravel filter.  A header pond feeds a stream and two waterfalls.
